“…And image if I read…”
“Usually, the job can only be tackled in two ways: with passion or without passion.
In the case of the farmer, it can only be done in one way … with the heart. The bond with the earth can arise at any age, but in my case it is an umbilical cord that has never been severed.
So I breathed the scent of the countryside from the first steps, I spent the childhood and adolescent summers among meadows, vineyards, orchards, cattle and without realizing it I was learning a difficult job, without schedules, uncertain, always fighting with the sky, but that gives you great satisfactions, such as pouring a superior Barbera into a glass in Paris, enchanting customers, or enjoying an apricot in syrup in Copenhagen, discovering captivating flavors, or even being able to convey emotions during visits to the cellar or reading stories from the my book.
Sometimes passions are not born with you, but grow, mature with you to explode maybe later; so I find myself writing and collecting in this book, the stories of my childhood, of the nostalgic agricultural life in my small town, narrating emotions … “
… this is enough to compensate for the sacrifices of a peasant life …
